AMAZING customer service!!!! HIGHLY recommend this Marriott property!! This was our first time visiting Brighton, and we could not have been more pleasantly surprised with the hospitality that was provided to us! The entire team at this property went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations!! We look forward to returning as we will recommend to our friends and family who also will be visiting to come in town soon! What a great relief that this hotel is run, managed, and staffed so well. Liz checked me in after a very rough travel day and she was so professional and got me into my room very quickly. Great hotel and would recommend to all business travelers.
We we’re greeted by a very professional and caring associate by the name of Larcy. Her can do attitude and willingness to help was displayed during our entire check in process and the local breakfast recommendation she gave us to Billie resturant. This world needs more customer service oriented people like Larcy. The room was clean and this hotel seems to really care about its guest. Thanks for having us. Highly reccomend staying here if your in the area

This was by far the nicest room I've gotten to stay in in a very long time. They had an amazing continental breakfast I couldn't believe the spread, all three of us were very happy. We even checked out the pool very clean and very stocked with towels. The staff were very welcoming and amazing and it was the cleanest room I've seen and a very long time. I would definitely recommend staying at this location to anybody who might be considering it it was the best day most restful and most welcoming and provided all the amenities I could have dreamed of while we were in town for the weekend.
A little off the beaten path, but one of the better experiences I've had with this hotel chain. The people at the desk were caring and personable, the room was spotless and huge (and very clean), the breakfast was warm and tasty, and the comfortable bed and blackout curtains were welcome after a very long day when I was too tired to make it home from the airport. Zero complaints.
Very friendly staff. Comfortable, clean rooms and good AC that works. Manager was very accommodating when we needed assistance and the cleaning staff was great.
We are Hilton Diamond members and ended up staying here when there wasn't a Hilton available. We were extremely happy and impressed with our stay here. Great room design & very clean. Loved the breakfast & as much as we are on the road, that's important in our stays. Super friendly staff. Restaurants in walking distance.
